Step by Step guide to starting off a search engine optimization process:

1. Identify the keywords that are being used by your target audience. The Google Insights Search Tool at http://www.google.com/insights/search/# and the Google Adwords Keyword Tool https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal will allow you to do this. Create a list of keywords that do a high volume of search but focus on less competetive keywords.
2. Breakdown the structure of your site and match pages to keywords. For example, at http://www.south-pak.com we have a page which lists Rolling Hard Cases. So we will focus on that keyword, "rolling hard cases" for that page.
3. Include the keyword in the <h1>, <h2>, and <p> tags.
4. Include a source of new content on the page. Allow for comments or use the Facebook API.
5. Watch data and revise. Keep an eye out on the analytics of your page and how your work impacts conversions. Try different things and evolve your website over time.
