When we receive a request from a company like Siemens to create a very large amount of cases for their equipment, we talk to them about the problem we're solving and the requirements of the developed case. Does the case need to be water resistant? Does the case need to be light weight? How much equipment does the case need to hold?
This last question is particularly important because often we strive to fit as much equipment as possible into our cases. But still we want to maintain a solution that is organized and managable. Thus, computer aided design, or CAD, allows us to find ways to make the foam interior hold equipment, products, and materials in the most efficient manner possible.
Our designers model the design on the computer, using acurate measurements. Then the drawings are given to our manufacturing process where our engineers turn the drawing into reality. Large machines like our waterjet cutter also use CAD and are able to make very small and very acurate cuts.
As a result of CAD we offer incredibly percise products that work wonders for our clients.
